The Bakehouse NOLA is a cooking school run by cookbook author and food personality Joy the Baker from her home in New Orleans. The Bakehouse voice is similar to that of Joy the Baker, but even punchier. For our virtual and in-person classes, I set the tone of the events with warm, welcoming and delicious descriptions of what attendees would be learning to cook or bake alongside Joy. I was also responsible for writing the FAQ page to give attendees all the information they needed prior to each class.
