Hattie Sparks is a New Orleans interior design firm headed by Hattie Collins with a distinctly Southern, maximalist sensibility. Hattie’s designs are playful, modern and fresh, a blend of sleek silhouettes and antique touches. Hattie wanted her social copy to sound punchy, fun and expressive. We centered short-form, playful and lighthearted captions to let her designs shine.



Coquette is an award-winning chef-led restaurant in New Orleans. Owner and Chef Mike Stoltzfus brought me on a decade into Coquette’s journey to freshen up their social media presence. I worked crafting a brand voice for the restaurant that spoke to the casual, neighborhood wine bar vibes Coquette was known for while reminding customers of Coquette’s commitment to sustainability and local sourcing without preaching.



The Bakehouse NOLA is a cooking school run by cookbook author and food personality Joy the Baker from her home in New Orleans. The Bakehouse voice is similar to that of Joy the Baker, but even punchier. I went with vibrant, referential and funny when writing social captions for The Bakehouse.
